Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, content, educational materials, consultation programs, platforms, and digital resources provided by Navid Nasiri (Academic Path & Growth Designer) and Midonito (collectively, "Services"), whether accessed via navidnasiri.fly.dev, any associated subdomains, partner platforms, or direct communication channels.
By accessing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," "Client," or "Family") and Navid Nasiri / Midonito ("we," "us," or "our").
Services & Scope
Our Services include but are not limited to the following areas:
2.1 Academic Path Design
Personalized academic path design consultations for students and families, covering major selection, domestic vs. international education evaluation, and career alignment analysis.
2.2 Learning & Performance Coaching
Study method coaching, learning style analysis, academic performance improvement, and examination preparation guidance.
2.3 Midonito Platform
Midonito is the structured service delivery system through which academic path design, interest discovery, personality analysis, and family support programs are delivered. Access to Midonito programs is subject to enrollment agreements and any additional program-specific terms provided at the time of registration.
2.4 Araxina International Study Track
In partnership with Araxina (an Italian-Armenian college), this track provides international academic preparation, language training, and guidance for European university entry. This track is subject to additional terms specific to the partnership agreement, and is made available only after a suitability evaluation.
2.5 Educational Content & Media
All videos, podcasts, articles, newsletters, and other educational content published on this site or associated channels.
2.6 Educator & EdTech Collaboration
Training, consultation, and collaboration services for young teachers, schools, and educational technology builders.
Eligibility
Our Services are available to:
- Students of all ages seeking academic path guidance, with parental or guardian consent required for users under 18 years of age.
- Parents and family members acting on behalf of students in their household.
- Educators, teachers, and education professionals seeking collaboration or training.
- Schools, institutions, and EdTech organizations seeking partnership or advisory services.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you are a parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor. If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
All content published or made available through our Services — including but not limited to text, videos, podcasts, articles, course materials, worksheets, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, logos, and the "Midonito" brand name and system — is the exclusive intellectual property of Navid Nasiri and/or Midonito, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
4.1 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational use.
- Share links to publicly available content on our site.
- Take personal notes for your own learning purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our content.
- Create derivative works based on our materials or methodologies.
- Use any content for commercial purposes, resale, or teaching to third parties.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from our platforms.
- Use our brand name, logo, or identity in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement.
User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering for consultations or programs.
- Treat all staff, educators, and other users with respect in any communication or interaction.
- Not misrepresent your academic background, age, or eligibility for any program.
- Not attempt to access systems, data, or administrative features you are not authorized to use.
- Not engage in any disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior during sessions or communications.
- Respect scheduled appointment times and provide reasonable advance notice for cancellations.
Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of access to our Services, without refund.
Payments & Refunds
6.1 Payment Terms
Fees for consultations, programs, and services are communicated prior to enrollment. Payment terms (currency, method, installments, deadlines) will be specified in the individual program or service agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific program or service:
- Initial consultations: Non-refundable once the session has taken place.
- Multi-session programs: A full refund is available if cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the first session. Partial refunds may be available for early termination of ongoing programs, prorated based on sessions completed.
- Araxina international track: Refund terms are governed by the specific Araxina partnership agreement, provided separately at enrollment.
- Digital content and materials: Due to their nature, digital materials are non-refundable once accessed.
To request a refund, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 12 within 14 days of the relevant service date.
6.3 Late Payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to programs or services. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Guarantees that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Guarantees of specific academic outcomes, admission results, or career success.
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any educational information provided.
Educational and advisory guidance reflects professional judgment based on available information. Outcomes depend significantly on individual factors, effort, and circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navid Nasiri and Midonito, including any affiliates, partners (including Araxina), employees, or collaborators, shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Decisions made by users based on educational advice or consultations provided.
- Loss of data, loss of opportunity, academic failure, or visa/immigration outcomes.
- Actions or omissions of third-party partners, institutions, or platforms.
In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
- We collect only information necessary to deliver our Services effectively.
- Session notes and consultation records are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- When you enroll in the Araxina international track, relevant data may be shared with Araxina for program delivery purposes, with your consent.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
- You misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
- Continued provision of Services would not be in the best interest of the student, family, or our educational mission.
Upon termination, your right to access our Services ceases immediately. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by Section 6.2 above.
You may also terminate your use of our Services at any time by ceasing to use them and notifying us in writing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify active users by email or through a notice on our platform, for material changes.
Your continued use of our Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue using our Services and contact us regarding any active program agreements.
